bakery in Newtown rocks! We went there on the weekend for breakfast and it was great. Coffee was excellent, croissants delicious and buttery even little ginger bread men... I know how you love to bite their heads off.

during our cold, cold winter. Mum and I are going to Cairns for a week to visit nan. To escape the cold for a week will hopefully be great!

I found this blog here today... it's great. So sweet and beautiful and full of love. Exactly how I imagine your life is right now! Which is great, really, really, really....... As much as we make fun of it being in love is a great thing. Love ya x

a little under the weather

Stayed home today to indulge in a little bit of self-pity. The soup turned out pretty well; I tossed in whatever I could find in the fridge, chopped some herbs and sprinkled in some spices. But I have found that a warm cup of tea (with lemon, no honey - ew) and hugs (lots of them, with a kiss on the forehead) are also key to feeling better.


I found these herbs here. These guys make greeting cards that are beautifully simple. Kind of makes me go damnit, why didn't I think of that.. but it's putting smiles on faces. And no one can be bitter about that.

sunshine cleaning

I saw this movie on the weekend and i LOVED it! So funny and so sweet. Amy Adams and Emily Blunt were amzaing and the little boy was so, so cool.
